Question:

State Farm increased auto insurance for persons over 75..is this age discrimination??

Asked by bernard levine on Monday, April 30, 2007 5:02 pm

Answer:

Bernard,

Most car insurance companies do charge more for 75 and over drivers.   AARP has a 55 and Older Discount for which you might be able to qualify.   You can go to http://www.carinsurancerates.com/news/159-aarps-55-and-older-discount.html to learn more about this program.
