Invalid Insurance Cards
I got into an accident, I was rear ended. I showed an insurance card that had been canceled to the police officer. I knew it was canceled, but have no insurance. How much time in jail could I be facing?

Since we are not lawyers this isn't a question we can answer.However, I don't think you are facing jail time for something like this unless you are currently on parole/probation and don't have any existing legal troubles. Most likely you would be facing fines.
