Figuring Out if an Insurance Company is Reliable

I am having an insurance delema. I was offered lower rates than what I have by an agent from CYA Insurance. I can find out nothing about this company and would like to know if it is a reliable company or a fly by night company. Could you check on it and let me know before I lose my money and the policy I already have? Thank You

We do not have any information on this company.  If you do not feel comfortable and if it looks too good too be true, you might be safer going with a more known company.
