We were carrying full coverage on a 1997 ford explorer that we paid 6000.00 for. It was wrecked and the insurance company said it was totaled. We still owe 3200.00 and the insurance is going to pay that off and give us 180.00. How is this full coverage? They said they don't go by blue book. Thank youLeigh Smith
