Question:

If someone totals their car and is also ticked with a DWI at the accident, will their insurance company (Statefarm) cover the car (toal loss)?

Asked by Eric on Thursday, July 19, 2007 11:17 am

Answer:

Most likely it should be covered unless there is something in your policy that talks about not covering accidents due to DWI.   You need to contact your local agent to discuss this matter.
