Question:

Am I obligated to accept a blank offer a insurance company gives in totaling my car. I was not at fault in the accident but have received paper work to be sent in giving up title to my car to the other parties insurance company.

Answer:

If you are accepting the offer they are giving you for your car you are obligated to give up your title, however you can probably buy the total car back from the company at a bargain price.
